1) Get a degree

There's a reason we spend 12 years of our lives in school. Getting a degree not only helps you get a job, but also teaches you how to learn and think critically. It can be intimidating to go back to school after many years out of the classroom, but taking on that challenge will make you more confident in your abilities and may even teach you something new about yourself.

2) Learn a new language

Learning a new language is both a challenge and an opportunity. It's a challenge because it requires time, dedication, and patience to reach fluency. But it's also an opportunity for you to learn about another culture and share that culture with others. 3) Get in shape

·         Get a good night's sleep.

·      Drink plenty of water.

·      Eat breakfast every morning to start the day off right and keep your energy up all day long.

·      Maintain a healthy diet, and limit your intake of sugar, salt, and fried foods, as well as any processed food items like chips or candy bars that offer little nutrition value but lots of calories instead.
